Interconnected with all other areas of the firm, the area of Forensic Intelligence and Negotiation is managed by partner Hugo Lippi Areas, who is studying an MBA in Business Management at Fundação Getúlio Vargas. The nucleus, which has a highly qualified team, offers support to the lawyers of the firm with patrimonial research and information that can enable special measures in the collection actions, such as incidents of disregard of corporate entity, actions of early production of evidence, defeasances actions and fraud requirements for execution and simulation. The area also advises the firm's lawyers in all negotiations that are concluded in the demands that we sponsor.
