Directed by the partner Nida Saleh Hatoum, who has a master's degree in Business Law from the State University of Londrina (UEL), and is a doctoral fellow in Civil Law from the University of São Paulo (USP). The area of Civil Litigation and Contract Law has a highly trained team to act in the first and second instances, and also in the Higher Courts, with extensive experience in complex cases that require specialized attention. We also offer consultancy and advice on contracts related to various sectors of the economy, aiming to support our clients, in order to reduce possible risks and avoid future litigation.
