Managed by the co-founder Rafael de Oliveira Guimarães, who holds a master's and doctorate in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), the Strategic Bank Credit Recovery area, which has been active for more than 10 years and it has already been awarded several times. It acts in favor of financial institutions and also investment funds aiming at the recovery of credit and the reduction of losses incurred due to the default. Operating in a coordinated and joint manner with the areas of Business Recovery and Restructuring; Bankruptcy and Forensic Intelligence and Negotiation. The goal is to provide our clients with a complete and specialized service. Our office also sponsors the interest of amicus curiae in the Higher Courts in several banking demands.
